Submitting Orders
3 easy steps for submitting CD mastering orders.
Step 1
- Prepare your audio CD containing the tracks you require mastering.
- We can accept audio CDs or CDs containing wav or aiff files.
- Please use a high quality CD-R.
- Do NOT use CD re writeable discs.
- Do not burn your CD at maximum speed, x8 is usually a suitable speed.
Step 2
- Download and print an order form: PMCD Customer Order Form
- Fill in the order form with as much information as possible
Step 3
- Post your CD containing tracks together with completed order form to:

What Happens Next
Once we receive your order we will check that we have suitable source tracks to carry out your mastering project. We will then email you a pro forma invoice and if you are happy to proceed we can accept card payment by telephone on 0845 603 0237.

Delivery
Your PMCD master and PQ printout will be despatched within 3 working days of taking your order. Standard 1st class post is free. Next day express delivery is available for just £5+VAT
CD Mastering Amendments
Once you receive your PMCD master if there are any amendments you require then we will make the changes free of charge and forward a new master and PQ printout. Please email us with a detailed list of amendments required.
- 1st amendments to master are free of charge
- Further amendments are charged at normal studio and postage rates .
PMCD Master Approval
If we are carrying out duplication or replication of your master we will require an email approving your PMCD master before we can proceed to manufacture.
